The service

Voceno helps you practise spoken English for IT work through vocabulary, spaced review and workplace scenarios. It is run by TODO-operator-name. How we handle your data is described in our Privacy Policy.

Free features

Most of the app is free and needs no account: vocabulary with meanings, audio, practice and review, and workplace scenarios with self-check. Most of it works offline.

The AI feedback subscription

  • AI feedback is a monthly auto-renewing subscription, bought in the app through the App Store. The price is shown in the app before you buy.
  • Payment is charged to your Apple ID. The subscription renews automatically each month unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
  • Manage or cancel it in your Apple ID settings. Deleting the app or your account does not cancel it.
  • Refunds are handled by Apple under its own policies.

Daily limits

To keep the service fair, AI feedback has daily limits: up to 10 scenario sessions with AI feedback and 30 vocabulary checks per day. The limits reset at midnight Vietnam time (UTC+7). A failed AI request doesn’t count toward the limit.

If you cancel

When your subscription ends, every free feature keeps working and AI feedback you already received stays readable. Only the AI features are locked again.

About AI feedback

AI feedback is generated automatically and can be wrong. It is practice help, not a test result, a certificate or an assessment of your professional skills.

If a correction looks wrong, tap “This feedback is wrong” on it in the app.

Acceptable use

  • Use the app for your own learning.
  • Don’t try to get around the subscription or the daily limits, or interfere with the service.
  • Don’t enter illegal or harmful content, or other people’s personal or confidential information (for example real customer data from work). The scenarios are fictional; your answers can be too.
  • Don’t copy, resell or redistribute the lesson content or audio.

We may suspend access in cases of serious or repeated misuse.

Apple’s terms

Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA) applies to the app, alongside these terms.

Availability

We work to keep the app running and its content correct, but we can’t guarantee it will always be available or free of errors.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we’ll update this page and the date at the top.
